I can do situps ALLLL day. in any form.
but ive noticed all its starting to do is work the sides of my abs, a little in front of my obliques. and my lower back

I’ve never heard you talk before. of course I’ve only watched like 9 videos. I do like you explaining things more. It is better, for me, to hear what’s behind the movement and what is proper to do it.

@ronzieXOXdancer7 thanks for the comment…you should do anywhere from 10-25 reps PER MOVE…and try and complete the 1-3 full sets …you should do this workout any day that you are not too sore in your mid-section…ok?~ahmad

@XtremeSnowBoarder yes, I agree. You can get tremendous results with following this program, along with dieting properly. Notice, i say DIETING, not FASTING!
If you go on a fast, the only thing that you’re gonna achieve is to slow your metabolism down and so to lose less fat than you’d normally do. And when you start eating normally again, KABOOM..disaster strikes as you start to get even fatter.
