… wonder about the lack of netiquette of the former post-mates… .
Anyway, as they jumped out no fins were worn; upon entry of water they had them on. (?)
All you’ve proven is that you’re old, you don’t check email often, AND you’re still wrong.
I never said “civilian rigs” dont use them. I said they are OPTIONAL. I know you’re a fucking ex bullet sponge but learn to read for fuck’s sake. If you were jumping CReW, for instance, you either wouldnt have an RSL installed, or you would disconnect it before jumping for obvious reasons.
Not to mention jumping an old military round means you know fuck all about modern systems.
I jumped from ’73 to ’87. I noticed you never named a rig, asshole. And whether or not civilian rigs still use them or not, you can bet your ass the military, using HALO rigs, still do, asshole.
hey hey hey man!! you forgot pararescue the pj’s lol when any of the forces above need med/evac/rescue they call thos guys. “so others may live” later bro

Usually they would store them on the hip or thigh based on pics i’ve seen
You know what’s even better than being an asshole? Being right.
Maybe, and where did they store those fins upon exiting the A/C ?
good job… great way to promote our sport.. now that person might think all jumpers are as disrespectful and assholes as you have demonstrated..
30,000 not 3000
it was said earlier in the move “30,000 that’s six miles up, you guys are crazy”
Under canopy you would have plenty of time to put fins on.. so it’s not really THAT much of a hole in the plot
Hollywood is so fucking gay

So shut your fucking mouth and learn some respect for people that know more about the subject than you do.

r u kidding me.. thats way over 3000 ft..
is this a HAHO or HAIO jump?
they already weight 400+ pounds with their gear on so they have specialized chutes
oxygen masks at 3000ft altitude?
It must weight 20 pounds extra.
i never forget the AF PJ’s or the Navy seabees and many other great specialized units
