Retired Navy SEAL Master Chief "Matto" takes questions and leads a BUDS style training PT given for EXTREME SEAL EXPERIENCE Trainees. www.extremesealexperience.com July Class 2009 BUDS PT.Our Training Course "Hell Night" is an intense 24-hours designed to show guys how to survive Navy SEAL Hell Week. This is accomplished by using all SEAL instructors who have survived BUD/S themselves and teach guys how they did it. The day gets progressively harder and at midnight, we take off the gloves as Instructors and see if trainees have learned anything they were taught during the day. Not a mindless day of push-ups and wind sprints, this is a training course dedicated to helping guys survive the "number one" evolution in BUD/S ( Hell Week) that trainees quit BUD/S Training participating in. "You can't do that in just 24-hours!" THE F**KI CAN'T! I have since 1992 and it works... The second hardest part of BUD/S is staying motivated for six hard months. Most guys know a lot about BUD/S, but little about the ultimate goal, which is SEAL Team and each push-up and each day in BUD/S becomes harder. We take care of that with Platoon and Advanced Training and show guys some of what they'll be doing as SEALs. Training with SEALs and asking questions, planning missions, shooting weapons and combat survival helps maintain focus for the "Toughest Military Training in the World." Kick Some Ass. www.extremesealexperience.com

@TheLuciferianAvatar matto? was?
Holy shit, that Man was on Devgru!
what is dons website address?
Excellent job, guys! BRAVO ZULU E.S.E. Staff!
AWSOME SPEECH! HOOYAH!
Sir, respectfully, this is an honest concern about training at BUDS for me, digestion, you run right after you eat? And how are the heads/potty times managed?
@Blackout690 There’s a sheet of exercises on their website, search pt and then matto pt and the sheet is at the images. Sadly i don’t know half of exercises, like dive bomber pushups or wind mills
These guys ask the dumbest f**king questions. “1000 pushups, now is that 5 sets of 200? or just sporadic?”
Vinegar? what the fuck are you talking about? Have you even been to Bud/s?
thank you master chief!! the only easy day was yesterday love them chow cans!!! hooyah
A pre-sourse pt prep instruction programme by the sounds of it
Good vid, good to see the more realistic side of the US military, not all the chest thumpin.
I’d question the wisdom of putting the faces of sf operators/instructors on a public site uncenssored though…
Six months prior to BUD/S start prepping your feet by soaking them in vinegar every night.. After a month or so, you should be able to run in wet sand for three hours.
The best advice I can pass along is “Think of being wet and cold as your normal state of being. The instructor in the video knows what he is talking about.

@thanosocjane
alright, when you only have 5 hours of sleep, you don’t have time to eat, unless you do it during a 6 mile sprint…Do you really think you have time to beat your meat?
When would you?
When you’re jumping out of helicopters, or when they do a simulated drowning to you?
Tell me which, during the brief time you have before you hit the water, or when you’re busy gasping for air while everyone watches them water board you?
If you asked that question, you don’t know how this works.
What ‘sheet’ is he talking about at 3:45?
@THANOSSOCJANE
if your wondering if you can jerk it during this then its not for you.
HONEST QUESTION: when doing this is sex/masterbation off limits???
follow this instruction to the letter!
endurance and planning is key.
Do not run in the OTBs either, they will blow out.
And the sheet is the shit.
those SEALs are fucking Jacked ;P
listen to your instructors
Endurance.. , Mind over.. Not bulk.. run.. crunches..
Thanks for poosting this, cleared my mind up a bit and instructed me on some basic goals and results i should be aiming for.
I would have to say I’m pretty muscular (not trying to brag), and last wednesday, I ran 8 miles. It just takes more endurance training, because you need more oxygen to get to that extra muscle.
Correct.
Lean, and light is the way to go.
