When I ordered the Perfect Pushup, I also decided to order these “Power 10 Workout Cards”. What a big disappointment.

Some of the included workouts include:

“Regular Pushup, Super Slow”: This is a regular pushup, done very slowly. Hmm, I could have figured this out myself.

“Super Slow – Wide”: This is a regular pushup, with arms extended wider than normal, done very slowly.

“Super Slow – Close”: This is a regular pushup, with arms closer than normal, done very slowly.

Need I go on? For the most part, just do the workouts that come with the Perfect Pushup, however vary the arm width and vary the speed of each exercise. You don’t need this set of extra cards to figure it out!

In summary, the Perfect Pushup is definitely worthwhile. But I do NOT recommend these “Power 10 Workout Cards. They are not worth any additional price (they should be included with the Perfect Pushup, for free).

Unless you’re ready for the advanced movements, this isn’t necessary.

They’re great, very creative movements that add variety to the sometimes mundane pushup motion.

But don’t buy this if you’re a beginner.

The information is good but you can find it online with some effort. No need to pay $10 extra.

this product is very helpful and goes hand in hand with the ab straps and the pushup and pullup by body rev. i would advise everyone to check this out.

Very similar to the basic cards supplied with the travel version of the Perfect Pushup. Nice for variety. These moves are available for free via YouTube; however, I am old school and prefer the deck version.
